Unique Content

Unique content is what separates my thesis on life extension from everybody elses. My book is about slowing your basal metabolic rate. This is what gives a body long life. Animal studies on everything from mice and rats to cats and monkeys have proven this scientifically. Certain things slow your metabolism. One is reducing your caloric intake. The other is sleep. The things that increase your metabolic rate include exercise, fever, growth hormone, and testosterone. Our basal metabolic rate slows with advancing age too. By 80 years old, it doesn't slow down much more. This is why people get fatter as they get older. They keep eating the same amount that they ate in their twenties and they use less and less of those calories and store more and more of them. The end product of all metabolism is released heat. If your metabolism runs slow, you feel colder as your body temperature will be slightly lower than normal. This is what you want. A slow metabolism will make you live longer. Name a single athlete who has lived ultra long?
